National Delivery
Fresh milk deliveries are made nationally including all major towns and cities throughout the UK.

Milk Delivery Times and Days
Milk deliveries are made Monday to Friday in most towns and cities and a minimum of two times per a week in others.
Deliveries are made throughout the night. We can either leave the milk in a safe place or internally if you can provide an access card / door code.
Payments and Regular Orders
Milk deliveries are 100% flexible.
Orders may be altered, cancelled or amended your orders as often as you wish. We just ask for 24 hours notice to help minimise food waste.
For ease, payment is by retrospective monthly invoice, so you only pay for what you receive.
You can pay by Bank Transfer, Direct Debit, Paypal or Debit or Credit Card, including American Express.

Surprisingly traditional meet isn’t to everyone’s taste so Office Catering also provide dairy alternatives such as Soya and Almond.
Choice of Packaging
Choosing the right packaging for your business and the environment is not an easy decision. That’s why we offer a wide choice including glass milk bottles and fully recyclable poly bottles. The advantage of glass milk bottles is that we pick them up and re-use them after each delivery however they are heavy which requires more fuel to transport and washing them also requires a high amount of heat and energy. Poly bottles however are fully recyclable, so they can be re-used in a different form and are also much lighter to transport.
Reducing Packaging Waste with a Milk Dispenser
For larger offices and organisations many opt for a chilled milk dispenser. These hold 13.1ltrs of milk and require much less packaging and also remove the hassle our of managing many milk bottles. The packaging itself consists of a plastic bag withing a cardboard box. In terms of maintenance and set up they simply plug into a standard 13amp socket and require a simple clean on a regular basis.
These machines are also called bag-in-box or milk pergals.
