Place your order on-line and select “I would like to open an account and pay by monthly invoice” at checkout. We will then invoice you monthly which you can pay by bank transfer, card, paypal or direct debit.
Our fruit and milk subscriptions are 100% flexible. You can pause, change or amend your order at anytime, we just ask for 2 days notice in order to minimise food waste.

We use minimal plastic in our deliveries and offer fully plastic free options if required. Any plastic we do use if fully recyclable.

We aim to respond to all enquiries with 4 hours during office hours. We work Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.
We source as much of our fruit with as minimal food miles as possible. We source as much as we can from the UK and Western Europe.
Each week the varieties of fruit in your fruit boxes will change. If your preference is seasonal fruit, opt for our Seasonal Fruit Box which includes seasonal treats such as Lychee, Dates, Blood Oranges and Mangosteen. For something extra special choose our Seasonal Delux Box which includes larger to eat fruit such as Dragon Fruit, Melon and Pineapple.
We always advise to order less than you think you need and then increase your order in order to ensure you don’t waste your fruit.
As a calculation work on 2 pieces of fruit per week per employee in order to accommodate people working from home and away from the office.

We offer a full range of traditional milk deliveries for offices including Whole, Semi-skimmed and Skimmed in fully recyclable poly bottle or reusable glass bottles which we collect.

Office Catering offer a wide choice of snacks for the office. Opt for one of our healthy Snack Boxes which contain 20 or 40 healthy snacks such as Veggie Crisps, Rice Cakes, Nuts Seeds, Protein Bars and Raisins from a combination of favourite brands and small, ethical producers. Order as a one off or regular snack box subscription.

This is our speciality! You can order all of your fruit, milk and office essentials on one account and receive a fully itemised monthly invoice for all of your sites.
The orders can be managed centrally or at site level.
Our fruit boxes are made from FSC approved board, printed with eco-friendly inks with board sourced from FSC approved forests. Our office milk is delivered in either fully recyclable plastic bottles or reusable glass bottles which we pick up on the next delivery.
