These are our standard terms and conditions.  By placing your order with us via the website, phone or e-mail you are accepting these terms and conditions. Alterations may only be changed with the signed approval of an Office Catering director.  
Any standard purchasing agreements you may have in place are not accepted, if you have specific procedures or terms you would like us to adhere to then these need to be agreed prior to ordering and a signed amendment gained from an Office Catering director. Special Offers

Current special offers available on Office Catering  (Subject to change)

“FreeFruit” Box: A complimentary fruit box will be provided when setting up a regular milk order. The free fruit box is valid for the first order only and applies to new milk subscription customers.

“50for4”: A 50% discount is available on all orders for the first four weeks when signing up for a new service. This offer is limited to new customers and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Free Water Bottle: A free water bottle will be included with any order over £80. This offer is valid per qualifying order and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other items.

All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Satisfaction Guarantee
  • We guarantee our fruit will last up to 3 days in your office at an ambient temperature (between 15-20 degrees centigrade) and milk for 4 days refrigerated. If your office temperature is higher or lower than this the the quality of the fruit may be impacted.
  • 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: if any piece of fruit or milk is not to your satisfaction you will not be charged for it. This guarantee covers the specific fruit affected by the quality issue you experienced and you must contact us within 24 hours of the incident. A credit note will be raised for the value of the fruit affected.
Placing your Order, Returns and Delivery 
  • Orders may be placed on-line or via e-mail. Deliveries will be made to the address and according to the instructions provided to Eatfruit, whether for office or home deliveries. Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery.
  • Office Catering operates a next-day delivery policy. In the event of a delay, the customer is required to accept and pay for the delivery by the close of business (5:30pm) the following working day. If you’re unable to accept the delivery in person or if your location is closed, the delivery will be left in a safe place. Please inform us of any specific delivery requirements.
  • Office Catering is not liable for late deliveries. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Returns are not accepted. For any issues, please contact us at sales@office-catering.co.uk.
Invoicing and Payment 
  • We invoice monthly in advance, at the beginning of each month. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Our invoices are sent out by email in PDF format to minimise paper print-outs.
  • Interest may be applied by Office Catering on overdue invoices. This will accrue from the date when payment becomes due and will be calculated daily a rate of 12.5% the first three months and a rate of 25% thereafter and shall accrue at such a rate after as well as before any judgement;
  • If the customer fails to make a payment on the due date of an invoice then without prejudice Office Catering can cancel or suspend deliveries without notice. 
  • We will endeavour to use any PO’s issued to us on our invoices however if these have not been issued or are missing this does not constitute reason for none payment. Interest may be charged on any invoices delayed, whatsoever the reasons. 
  • We will happily fill out new supplier forms however we reserve the right to charge £30 for these. 
Order Alterations and Cancellations
  • We aim to minimise food waste by carefully planning the content of all fruit boxes. To ensure this, we require at least two working days’ notice for any order amendments.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing two working days’ notice. However, if you choose to stop deliveries after a calendar month has begun, you will need to complete all scheduled deliveries for the remainder of that month.
Office Fruit & Groceries
  • We do not deliver on bank holidays or during the Christmas period when most offices are closed. You will receive an email notifying you of our adjusted delivery schedule during the Christmas season.
  • For deliveries that fall on a bank holiday (e.g. Monday), we will reschedule your delivery for Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on your location. This applies to those with Monday-only deliveries or Monday and Wednesday/Thursday delivery schedules.
  • If your regular delivery day is Friday, it will be automatically cancelled if it falls on a bank holiday. However, if you’d prefer delivery on the preceding Thursday, please let us know in advance.
  • For daily deliveries, Monday and Tuesday deliveries will be cancelled if they coincide with a bank holiday.
