At Office Catering, we are committed to providing you with fresh, high-quality food items. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
Faulty Goods:
In the unlikely event that your goods are delivered in a faulty or damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us at sales@eatsnacks.co.uk with the following information:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the fault or damage
- Photographic evidence, if possible
Upon review, and if the goods are deemed to be faulty, we will happily arrange a replacement for you.
Your Statutory Rights:
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
